Trauma & Addiction Therapist
Therapy that is non-pathologizing, creative, and collaborative.
Therapy for adults, artists/creatives, first generation individuals, college students, adult children of immigrants, and international students who are dealing with childhood trauma, loss, perfectionism, shame, self-esteem, social anxiety, anger, alcohol or substance use concerns, ADHD, sadness, systemic racism and oppression, or relationship challenges.
Come as you are.

Welcome, I’m glad you are here.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker,
Certified Alcohol and Substance Use Counselor, and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional with a focus on Complex Trauma with over 20 years of experience.
I started my career many years ago driven by the feeling that no one should feel invisible and alone in their pain, and this is a truth that remains at the core of my work today.
My wish for you is to feel you can come into my office and be who you are, whoever that might be. Together we can look at the intersection of how your experiences, identities, relationships and the larger world context have impacted how you feel about yourself, how you move through the world and what troubles you.
My approach is creative, inquisitive, anti-oppressive, warm and highly collaborative. Non-pathologizing your experiences means that we view your distress from a contextual perspective vs. there being some internal flaw inside of you.
You are in the driver's seat, and we will move at a pace that feels right for you.
I believe that the decision to come into therapy is an act of great vulnerability, and I hold a deep respect for this.
I would be honored to be a part of this journey with you.
